We believe that great design starts with clear expectations. Our terms ensure that every bespoke creation at Architexture Furnishings is delivered with the precision and professionalism you deserve.
Effective as of January 2024. These guidelines protect our craftsmanship and your investment.
1. Design & Customization
Every piece of furniture or architectural installation we undertake is inherently unique. When you commission Architexture Furnishings, you're engaging in a collaborative journey. Have you considered how bespoke materials age over time? We provide detailed material sourcing disclosures for every project.
Final shop drawings must be approved in writing before fabrication begins. Any changes requested after the "Golden Approval" phase may incur additional material and labor costs. We don't like surprises, and we know you don't either.
Payment Policy
Standard 50% deposit required for material procurement.
Logistics
Professional handling and installation for all New York residential zones.
Intellectual Property
All architectural sketches and cabinet designs remain the property of Architexture Furnishings until the final balance is cleared.
2. Installation & Site Access
For custom cabinetry and architectural installations, the client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for our crew. Is the flooring leveled? Are the electrical outlets positioned as per the design plan? If our team arrives and the site isn't prepped, we'll have to charge a rescheduling fee.
We take immense pride in our work. If any defect in workmanship appears within the first 12 months, we'll make it right at no cost to you. This is the Architexture Furnishings promise.
